Claim submission requirements
- Fill out and submit the form 30 days within of the incident
- Provide proof of ownership of the damaged property/equipment/appliance
- Provide proof of expenditure incurred to repair/replace damaged property/ items
- Do not dispose of damaged items
Guyana Power and Light Inc is only responsible for damages caused by negligence on our part and this has to be established. We may seek independent assessment to satisfy itself on the damage caused.
