LABOURERS

We’re excited to announce the search for able-bodied and motivated Labourers to join our team at the Inventory Department – Garden of Eden

Interested candidates with the requisite experience are invited to apply for the position.

Under the general direction of the Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the general maintenance of works, also, lifting and moving of equipment. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Lift, pull, move or roll any piece of machinery or equipment safely from one place to another.
2. Perform heavy – duty manual tasks as may be required in the Department.
3. Carry out regular cleaning, painting and maintenance to compound, building and equipment when necessary.
4. Weed grounds at location.
5. Demonstrate a high degree of intelligence in the performance of one’s duties.
6. Carry out tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
7. Ensure that the worksite is left clean and tidy.
8. Trim / remove trees endangering service mains and connections.
9. Perform other duties that may be assigned to you within the scope of your employment, from an Authorized Officer.
