JUNIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT
Job Description/Key Resonsibilities
We’re excited to announce the search for a motivated and suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Office Assistant, which exist within the Human Resources Services Department (HRS)– Middle Street.
Under the general direction of the Employee Relations/Welfare Administrator, the incumbent will be directly responsible for providing administrative support to maintain an efficient office environment.
ESSENTIALS OF THE JOB
1. Provide general Office Assistance by photocopying documents.
2. Coordinate incoming mailing activities throughout the day for distribution.
3. Assist with basic office matters and requests for office supplies.
4. Prepare outgoing mail for distribution.
5. Sort and distribute the daily newspapers and other Publications.
6. Perform general custodial functions as requested.
7. Uplift mail bags from the General Post Office.
8. Provide other office related services as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience
JOB SPECIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Sufficient Formal Schooling and Training to provide the ability to read and write to a level consistent with the requirements of the position.
Applicants must be the Registered Owner of a Motorcycle.
