Job Description/Key Responsibilities
We’re excited to announce the search for a resulted oriented, skill and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team at the System Planning & Research Department – Carmichael Georgetown.

SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for entering all relevant corporate data into the various computerized systems approved by management.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Enter data in a timely manner in keeping with the company’s operational targets;
2. Ensure that the data is accurately entered to avoid any time delay in the computation process.
3. Ensure that all source documents are kept in good condition and are not easily accessible by unauthorized persons within or outside of the Department
4. Report any source document discrepancies or system discrepancies to the Load Forecasting Demand Engineer, Senior System Planning & Design Engineer or System Planning & Design Manager;
5. Uphold the company’s commitment to service, accuracy, and integrity.
6. Retrieve source documents for monthly reports as requested by the Demand Forecasting Engineer.
7. Sort, organize and secure filing of paperwork after entering data for future reference.
8. Keep sensitive customer or company information confidential.
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Perform other duties that may be assigned to you within the scope of your employment, from an Authorized Officer.

· Knowledge on Microsoft programs

· Proficient typing ability

· Ability to proof read giving attention to details
Required Qualifications and Experience
Five (5) subjects C.X.C./G.C.E. Ordinary Level, including English Language, Mathematics and Information Technology (Grades I-III) or certificate in Computer Studies, with three (3) years relevant experience.
