ASSISTANT CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER- CONTENT CREATION & MANAGEMENT
Job Description/Key Responsibilities
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented, skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Corporate Communications Officer – Content Creation & Management in our Corporate Communications Unit at Duke Street, Kingston, Georgetown.

Under the general direction of the Corporate Communications Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Company’s Corporate Communications Unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
1. Develop and implement social media content on the Company’s operations to ensure a continuous flow of information to the public.
2. Manage and optimize the company’s social media pages with appropriate content to increase visibility on each platform.
3. Provide graphic illustrations (photographs and videos) of staff engaging in proactive and reactive activities such as Planned and Unplanned Network Maintenance, Outreaches and Customer Service Representative interactions.
4. Design and edit image boosting materials such as events/promotions, flyers, posters, pamphlets and materials for social media platforms and website.
5. Design reports, publications, posters, brochures to project and maintain a positive corporate image.
6. Develop and maintain an effective electronic library of corporate photographs and videos to assist in illustrating and presenting corporate efforts for continuous service improvement.
7. Assist with coordinating and attend Community Outreaches with the Customer Services and Distribution Network Divisions
8. Continuously liaise with divisions across the Company to garner useful and positive information for dissemination purposes.
9. Assist with conducting Quarterly Surveys to gauge the effectiveness of the Unit’s work.
10. Prepare monthly Reports on the state of social media accounts.
11. Produce monthly newsletter.
12. Perform other duties that may be assigned to you within the scope of your employment, from an Authorized Officer.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication/Mass Communication or equivalent with at least three (3) years relevant experience.
