Queries & Application Process Modifications

Effective Thursday, August 20, 2020, our offices will only be accessible to process:

  • Bill Payment & Prepaid Tokens Purchases
  • Queries (By appointment only)

Customers must engage us via our Call Centre on Tel. Nos. 226-2600 ext 1 or Whatsapp 608-9090 or LIVE CHAT through www.gplinc.com for queries; should the query require a face-to-face interaction, an appointment will be established during our conversations. Our Company will not facilitate walk-in customers with queries.  

  • Applications (By appointment only)

Customers must commence the application process for services through our website @ https://gplinc.com/services/. Following this process, a Customer Service Representative will contact you via phone to set up an appointment to visit the Office to complete the process. Customers attempting to initiate the application process at our locations will not be facilitated.

These temporary changes to our service delivery forms part of the Company’s efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 through social distancing and will remain in effect until further notice.
