Prepaid Service Maintenance


Tonight, Wednesday, December 11, 2019, GPL’s Prepaid Service software will undergo obligatory maintenance activities between 20:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs. During this period, there will be temporary service interruptions as follows:

  • Prepaid customers will be unable to generate tokens derived from prepaid top up cards and all other electronic methods and;
  • Authorised Agents will be unable generate and therefore sell tokens during the period of maintenance.

Customers are advised to top up their prepaid accounts before the scheduled commencement of maintenance activities.
