Prepaid Service Maintenance

Tonight, Tuesday, September 2, 2020, GPL’s Prepaid Service software will undergo mandatory maintenance activities between 22:00 hrs (10:00 pm) to 24:00 hrs (Midnight).

During this period, there will be temporary service interruptions as follows:

  • Prepaid customers will be unable to generate tokens derived from prepaid top up cards and all other electronic methods and;
  • Authorised Agents will be unable to generate and sell tokens during the period of maintenance.

Customers are advised to top-up their prepaid accounts before the scheduled commencement of maintenance activities.
