With the intrusion of COVID-19 in our daily lives and activities, GPL PUUP had to revise their ways of engaging the customer base in the various project areas.

The Project engages the Local Authority Organs (LAOs) associated with the (87) communities about the work of PUUP to be done in the communities. The GPL PUUP will seek to engage the LAOs on a regular basis to provide feedback from their residents during the execution phase (about questions, issues, or queries related to PUUP) to ensure that there is minimal inconvenience to the customer base.

Community members from the project areas that wish to provide feedback about the works of PUUP in their respective communities can do so via their LAOs or directly to the Social Management Unit.
