 PROVISION OF WASTE DISPOSAL BINS AT GPL LOCATIONS.

GPL is inviting bids for the PROVISION OF WASTE DISPOSAL BINS AT GPL LOCATIONS.

Bids MUST be prepared and submitted using the provided Bill of Quantities.

The following must be clearly stated:

1. Your best price
2. The payment terms
3. Provide evidence that you have performed similar waste disposal services for the last five (5) years
4. Provide evidence of having the required number of bins and of the sizes required to perform the services
5. Provide at least three (3) references on your quality and reliability of service
6. Performed at least one (1) similar job at a minimum cost of G$ 8,000,000. (One(1) Year Service)

GPL reserves the right to reject bids if the above details are not stated.

It is important to note the following:

1. Bids MUST ONLY be submitted electronically to GPL’s electronic Tender Box: gpltenderbox@gplinc.com on or before 14:00hrs on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
2. Bids must be submitted along with valid certificates of compliance from Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) and National Insurance Scheme (NIS) and VAT registration (applicable to locally registered companies).
3. Bids submitted to the electronic tender box beyond the deadline will be excluded from the evaluation process.
